Free access gives you 30 Downloads per month and access to around 5% of all 2d People.

You can only use one account with Free Subscription access.

Every download of 2d People image is counted as one download.

• If you download Image in both versions: with & without shadow it will be counted as 2 downloads.
• Redownloading the image that has been already downloaded doesn’t count in as additional download.

Each Credit package expires after one year (365days).

The cutouts can be used in commercial & personal projects. Cutouts can only be used as a part of Architectural Visualizations (architectural, real-estate, urban, interior design or civil-engeneering projects). Read our Terms & Conditions.

Cutouts cannot be:

• used to create images that are not Architectural Visualizaitons (examples of disallowed uses: car project presenation & advertisments, industrial design preoject presentation & advertisments, financial service promotion etc.)
• used to present people on the cutouts in satiric, illegal, obscene, fraudulent, pornographic, abusive, infringing or immoral context.
• used to create stock photography content
• used to create NFTs
• resoled, shared & sublicenced to any other 3rd party

Images have been rendered from 3d scans from our mother company: Humano3d.com. If you prefer 3d people models, rather then cutouts, be sure to check them out!

Cutouts are delivered as .png files (with transparent background and semi transparent shadows included).

Average resolution of the images is: 1200-1600px height for single cutouts, and 1800-2600px for group cutouts.

To check the quality of our 2d People you can use Free access subscription.

It depends on the type of Subscription you’ve purchased & you can only share the account with employees of the Licensee company.

• Lite plan | Accounts with Lite plan cannot be shared.
• Pro plan | Accounts with Pro plan can be shared within very small teams of up to 3 users.
• Team plan | Accounts with Team plan can be shared within team of up to 10 users.
• For companies with over 10 users please contact us for Enterprise plan
• Credit pack | Accounts with active Credit packs can be shared by all employees of the single company.

You should not create new images after your subscription expires. You can still use 2d People in images, that you’ve started creating while your subscription has been active.

If you’d like to download images for later use, please pruchase Credit packs.

Yes, you are able to cancel the subscription anytime. You will keep the access to Humano2d, untill the end of already paid period.

Go to your Account > Subscription & Credit packs. FInd your active Subscription plan & click Cancel next to it. We will also send you confirmation email of cancellation.

If you’re not satisfied with the service please let us know and we will do our best to find the solution.

Paid Subsriptions and Credit Packs can be refunded within 14 days from purchase of the product, only if the Licensee has not downloaded any 2d People. You shall send refund request on hello@humano2d.com. You agree to waive your right to Refund the moment you start using our service and download any 2d People.

During the Paddle checkout, under Your email address, there’s a link “Add VAT number”. There you can fill in your company information & EU VAT number to deduct the tax for reverse charge.

After the purchase you will receive an email from Paddle with purchase confirmation (Subject: “Your Humano by Beyond Visual receipt”). In the bottom part of this email, there’s a link letting you see & download or print the invoice – “View Invoice“.

Yes, we are happy to support active students with -40% discount, that is applicable to annual Subscription plans. The 2d People downloaded with activated Student discount can only be used in non-commercial projects.

Purchase is processed by our vendor company – Paddle. You are able to pay by PayPal, Debit & Credit Cards. If you’d like to pay by bank transfer just contact us directly.
