Humano2d.com is an online service that offers 2D people (images of people) for architectural visualizations that can be accessed after account registration & obtaining Subscription or Credit Packs.
This document outlines the terms of use of Humano2d, including the terms of use the website, payment policies, license agreement & terms of use of the 2d People.
1. Introduction
This Terms & Conditions is a legal agreement between you, the company you represent or other legal entity on behalf you accept this agreement (“you”, “licensee”, ) and Beyond Visual – Paweł Potemkowski (EU VAT tax id: PL 8522536755), that operates Humano2d.com website (“Humano2d”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By registering on our website, using our service, purchasing products or subscriptions plans, downloading or using 2d People, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth in this agreement.

Information on terms of use of images (“2d People”) downloaded from Humano2d are located in Humano2d License Agreement & Terms of Use (section of this document).
2. Definitions
Humano2d – website and service available at https://humano2d.com
Licensee – person, company, or other legal entity, that purchased Subscription or Credit Pack, or upgraded the account with Free Subscription
User – a single person associated to the Licensee, that uses Humano2d to create images with use of 2d People
2d People – images of people created by Humano2d
Architectural Visualizations – presentation and promotional images of: architectural projects, real-estate developments, urban projects, interior design, civil engineering projects.
Paid Subscription – paid service, activated after payment for certain amount of time (month or year), that allows User to download certain amount of 2d People each month & use the downloaded 2d People, when the Paid Subscription plan is active
Free Subscription – free service, that allows to download certain amount of 2d People
Subscription plan details – information about given subscription plan, that are available on Pricing page or Purchase page, that state: renewal period, 2d People download limit & limitation of Users per Licensee.
Credit Pack – a product, that allows user to download certain amount of 2d People & use them indefinitely. Credit Packs has 365days expiration period.
Registration – creating account on our website
Architectural Visualization – digitally created images presenting: architectural, urban, real-estate, civil engineering, landscape or interior design projects
3. Humano2d License Agreement & Terms of Use
Licensee obtains the right to download & use the 2d People by purchasing Paid Subscription or Credit Pack or signing up for Free Subscription.
Humano2d grants the Licensee royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use 2d People within limitations set forth in this agreement.
You may share, sell & sublicense Architectural Visualizations created with use of the 2d People.
In order to obtain the right to commercial use of 2d People, the Licensee is required to provide the name of the Company (or other legal entity) that is a party to this agreement. The name of the Company (or other legal entity) must be provided before purchasing Credits or Subscriptions. The name of Company can be provided during account registration (“Company” field) or added after registration in the Account settings page (“Company” field). Failure to provide the name of the company (or other legal entity) dissallows the commercial use of 2d People.
You are only allowed to use 2d People as part of Architectural Visualizations for commercial & non-commercial projects.
You are not allowed to use 2d People for purposes other than integrating them as part of Architectural Visualizations.
If you want to use 2d People for other purposes, than described in this agreement, you are obliged to obtain a written consent form us. Please contact us directly for a custom license or, if you have any doubts on allowed use of 2d People.
2d People cannot be used in a way that the depicted person might be presented in an offensive way. 2d People can not be used to create any kind of illegal, obscene, fraudulent, pornographic, abusive, infringing or immoral materials.
You are forbidden to sell, distribute, sublicense, exchange, share and provide access to the 2d People with any 3rd party.
a) Paid Subscription
2d People downloaded during Paid Subscription can only be used in Architectural Visualizations created during the Paid Subscription period.
When the Paid Subscription is no longer active (it has expired, has been canceled or has not been renewed), you are not allowed to create new Architectural Visualizations with 2d People.
When the Paid Subscription is no longer active, you are only allowed to use 2d People in Architectural Visualizations (modify or create new versions of images of the same design project, publish, share or sell images), that has been created during the active Paid Subscription period.
b) Free Subscription
You can upgrade your account with a Free Subscription plan. With Free Subscription will be granted a limited number of downloads of 2d People. Free Subscription gives access to a limited library of 2d People.
One User is allowed to create & use only one account with Free Subscription.
c) Credit Packs
By purchasing a Credit Pack you will be able to download a certain amount of 2d People.
2d People downloaded with Credit Pack can be used to create new architectural visualizations indefinitely by an unlimited number of users.
d) number of Users per Licensee
Licensee is allowed to use Humano2d by number of Users defined in: Credits Pack, Free Subscription or Paid Subscription plan descriptions (“limit of Users”).
Licensee exceeding the limit of Users might be tracked, blocked temporarily or deleted. Repeatable exceeding the limit of Users by Licensee might result in cancellation of right to use of Humano2d without the right to Refund & termination of this agreement.
The Licensee, that is entitled to use Humano2d by more than one user, immediately after purchasing the Paid Subscription, must decide to create: one account for every single User, or one account for all Users and inform Humano2d by email (hello@humano2d.com). The Licensee is obliged to inform its Users about Terms & Conditions of use of Humano2d.
4. Intellectual Property
Humano2d is the owner of all the intellectual property rights of its website https://humano2d.com, as well as the elements contained in it (for example, 2d People, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts, etc ).
The reproduction, distribution and public communication, including the way it is made available, of all or part of the contents of this web page for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, without authorization, are expressly forbidden.
You undertake to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by Humano2d.
5. Payment terms
Payments for the service are possible with following methods: deposit cards, credit cards or PayPal.
All Payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd)
The invoices for the payments are issued by Paddle and delivered by Paddle on your email address used during payment.
We do not have access to and we do not store your payment card data.
All Paid Subscription plans & Credits Packs are paid in advance.
6. Taxes & prices
The prices on the website are net prices. If we are required by law to collect taxes the value-added tax (VAT) might be added to the final price during purchase process.
EU VAT registered companies may add their VAT number during purchase process (in the Paddle checkout popup), so the VAT will not be added to the final price.
7. Refund policy
Paid Subsriptions and Credit Packs can be refunded within 14 days from purchase of the product, only if the Licensee has not downloaded any 2d People. You shall send refund request on hello@humano2d.com
The Licensee loses the License to use refunded services.
You agree to waive your right to Refund the moment you start using our service and download any 2d People.
8. Right to cancel
The subscription plans are automatically renewed at the end of the pre-paid period (unless stated otherwise in the Paid Subscription plan details).
You can cancel the renewal anytime in your account settings or by email (hello@humano2d.com)
Monthly subscriptions are being renewed on the same day of the month, as you started the Subscription (ex. if you subscribed on 27th of april next payment will be on 27th of may).
Yearly subscriptions are being renewed every year on the same day as you’ve started the Subscription. (ex. if you subscribed on 27.04.2023 next payment will be on 27.04.2024).
If you decide to delete your account you shall cancel any active Paid Subscriptions beforehand.
If you cease using Humano2d before your Paid Subscrition period expires, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused period of time.
9. Right of Exclusion
Humano2d reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to https:// humano2d.com portal services offered without notice, on its own or a third party, to those users who violate these Terms & Conditions.
10. Changes to the service & our website
We reserve the right to make any changes it deems appropriate on its website without prior notice, and may change, delete or add the contents and services provided through it, as well as the way in which they appear presented or located.
11. Data Protection
Humano2d complies fully with the data protection policies contemplated in the regulatory framework of the European Union about Protection of Personal Data. Humano2d treats Buyer data confidentially and will never pass or sell the Buyer data to any third parties. 12. Exclusion of Warranties and Liability
Humano2d is not responsible in any case for any damages of any kind that could cause errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious programs or harmful to the contents, despite had having adopted all the necessary technological measures necessary to avoid it.
We are not liable to you for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity or indirect or consequential loss or damage suffered by you.
Our liability to you whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of Humano2d service or this agreement shall not exceed the Fees paid by you to Humano2d under this agreement in the 24 months prior to the date that such liability arises.
13. Changes to the agreement
We reserve the right to modify those terms. Changes to this agreement will be announced on this page, as well we will inform you by email, that has been used during registration. If you continue to use Humano2d you agree to be bound by all changes.
We will give you at least 14 days’ notice of any change by sending you an email with details of the change. If you do not agree to the changes, please notify us by email and stop using Humano2d.
14. Legal Actions
Humano2d will pursue the breach of these conditions as well as any improper use of its portal exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond by law.
15. Agreement period and termination
This agreement comes into force, when you register on our website and/or start using Humano2d and continue indefinitely.
Termination of the agreement cancels the Licensee’s right to use the 2d People.
If you decide to terminate this agreement you are obliged to inform Humano2d by email, and:
-delete any 2d People, or any other files obtained from Humano2d from your PCs and all other data storage media
-stop using Humano2d & 2d People
-delete your account (through account profile settings page)
16. Jurisdiction
For the purposes of the conditions established in this instrument the applicable legislation will be current polish laws, and any controversy will be submitted to the Courts of the city of Szczecin, Poland.
